All Energies Services (AES) is an operator of Offshore Supply Vessels focusing on worldwide operations with it’s strongest presence being in both Africa and the Middle East regions. The asset light model of AES offers International Energy Companies or EPC Contractors a range of Offshore Supply Vessels and auxiliary services.

AES acts as a disponent owner for shipowners and financial institutions offering commercial, technical and logistical management. AES takes the contractual responsibility at ensuring the OSV’s chartered out comply with our Clients operational standards as well as the country legal/fiscal responsibilities.

AES provide ship owners and investors the ease and assurance of placing their OSV’s in our operational regions without the necessity of implementing a local branch. AES undertakes all local responsibilities in house (contracts, taxes, licenses, local crew, logistics, clearances, husbandry services and more…) ensuring we are in control of the rendered services, enhancing our promise to keep the wellbeing of the OSV’s we manage. In the countries we operate, we have teams available on a 24/7 basis to respond to any requests from our customers.

AES can also offer Operational and Technical Management to OSV’s allowing bareboating as an option to some Ship Owners who may want to minimise their exposure in a region they are unfamiliar with.

Our aim regardless of the above structures is to fill the gap between an OSV owner that is not present in our operated region and Energy Companies or EPC Contractors. Our fully integrated in-country marine and logistic business model allow us to provide a straightforward OSV chartering or be given a full project responsibility including ancillary services around an OSV.
