June 6, 2023 at 11:28 amThey have probably been the worst company I have ever dealt with. Our air cargo shipment was promised to take 10 – 15 days. It took 6 weeks. It was delivered to various locations inside Greece (no idea why, items were broken and when I tried to get the insurance information(which was included in the price I paid) I was not given any information. After many calls I still don’t have the information – did they ever insure it. Our sea cargo to India has now been stuck in customs for 4 months (delivery promised within 4 weeks), with zero assistance from Echo. Dealing with this company is a nightmare. I will never ever use them again or recommend them.
