Listing guidelines
What makes a useful company profile, and what we don’t publish.
Who can be listed
Companies that provide marine, offshore, port, shipping or oil and gas products and services in the UAE. Choose the services and locations that genuinely describe what you do.
Write in your own words
Describe your services, the customers and vessels you work with and where you operate. Don’t copy text from other directories, competitors or websites you don’t own.
Be accurate and specific
Use your real company name and current contact details. Avoid superlatives, keyword lists, prices that may mislead and claims you can’t support. List certifications using their exact names.
Photos and logos
Upload only photos and logos you own or are licensed to use. Don’t upload documents, identity papers or confidential customer information.
One profile per company
One profile per business. Separate legal entities or distinct branches may have their own profiles.
Reviews and changes
New profiles are checked before they go live. We may edit or remove content that doesn’t meet these guidelines. To report an error or a concern about a profile, use “Suggest an edit” on the profile or contact us.
