ASJ CREW is a ship management companies in Surakarta - Indonesia which has been registered in International Maritime Organization, London. The company was established by professional people who has a lot of experiences in shipping lines such as: tankers, dry cargoes, off shore businesses, coal carrier and car carrier in Indonesia as well as in Asia Region.

We provide reputable and experiences seafarer with excellent knowledge on board and following the flag Government regulation as well as International Maritime Organization.

We have a pool of experiences seafarer in various type of vessel. Thus, we provide officers and rating depend on the vessels’ requirement which will follow the Government regulation of the vessel flag as well as International Maritime Organization.

In Indonesia, there are many Universities and Merchant Marine Academies that produce seafarers either state universities or private school spread out at various Cities. However, we must be careful to select good seafarers, not only technical skill of the maritime knowledge but also they must have good behavior and tough to face various problems at their job on board while sailing. Therefore, as Crewing Agent we have broad networks in order to get good seafarer for our clients.

Recruiting and screening of new hire crew for most entry level hotel & technical department positions
Medical Clearance at internationally approved medical facilities as required by the flag state
STCW 2010, Basic Safety Training, CCM, SAT and any certificates which be required by principal
Police Clearance and Criminal background check
Visa processing for all major countries
Principal application forms and Sea Contract explanation
Flight Tickets and joining instruction formalities
Communication with ship agents around the world to ensure smooth arrival at joining ports
Maintenance of crew records in our database and hard copy
Provide principal with periodic reports as required
Offer customized pre deployment training and brand familiarization briefings prior to departure.
